Withdrawal and Return Policy

At Decola Nutraceutics, we strive for the highest quality of our products and excellent service. Are you nevertheless not satisfied with your purchase? Below you will find the conditions for the right of withdrawal and the return of products.

 


 

1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to return your purchase within14 calendar daysto revoke without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement before the expiry of this period.

2. How do you return a product?

After your notification of withdrawal, we request that you return the product within14 calendar daysto send back to us.

We ask you for the product:

  • to pack carefully;

  • to return in the original packaging if possible;

  • to return together with any accessories and documentation.

The direct costs for returning the goods are for the account of the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

 


 

3. Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount within14 calendar days.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Decola Nutraceutics may postpone reimbursement until:

  • the goods were received, or

  • you have demonstrated that the goods were returned,

depending on which time comes first.

 


 

4. Condition of the returned products

Returned products must be returned unused, undamaged and, where applicable, in the original and unopened packaging.

Dietary supplements whose seal or safety packaging has been broken or which have been opened are not eligible for return or refund for reasons of health protection and hygiene, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect delivery.

Decola Nutraceutics reserves the right to inspect returned products before processing a refund or exchange.

 

 


 

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

To guarantee the quality, safety, and hygiene of our food supplements, opened or unsealed products cannot be put back on the market.

Therefore, the right of withdrawal applies.not  for:

  • food supplements whose seal or safety packaging was broken after delivery;

  • opened packages of food supplements;

  • products which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for resale after they have been opened;

  • products that were specially assembled or manufactured for the customer;

  • other exceptions as provided for in Article VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law.

Consequently, opened or unsealed food supplements cannot be returned or refunded., except when the product has a manufacturing defect or was delivered incorrectly.

6. Incorrect or damaged product delivered

Did you receive the wrong product or was your order damaged during transport?

Please inform us of this as soon as possible, and preferably within7 calendar daysupon receipt, to be notified viainfo@decola.be.

If possible, add clear photos of:

  • the package;

  • the shipping label;

  • the damage;

  • the received product.

We are looking for a suitable solution as soon as possible.

Do you have a complaint about a delivery or a product?

8. Legal rights

This return policy does not prejudice the statutory rights consumers enjoy under Belgian and European consumer law.
